Most orders are shipped out within two days of purchase. We may determine the most efficient shipping method by carrier, including U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.  Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  A confirmation number will be sent to the email provided with the order at the time of shipment.  If any of the items in your order are out of stock or on back-order, we will contact you immediately and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. 


If you are not completely satisfied with any item in your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item.  Any item being returned must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.  Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5-7 days of receipt.  

If any part of your order is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item for a replacement.  You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damaged package, and/or to return of the damaged items.
